Cadillac has chosen the Dubai Motor Show to reveal the XT5, successor to the SRX.
The crossover will make its official debut in early November in Dubai, while the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show will host the crossover’s U.S. launch later that same month. Photos showing the 2017 Cadillac XT5 uncovered have already leaked online, but details on the new crossover are still unknown.

Two different wheelbase options are rumored to be available with the new crossover, the longer of which will support seven seats.
The same 3.6-liter V6 is expected under the hood at launch, though a diesel may join the lineup eventually. The transmission is expected to be upgraded to a nine-speed unit. A hybrid and possibly a plug-in hybrid variant are expected to join the lineup sometime after launch.
Interior tech features will include Cadillac’s CUE infotainment system along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
All of the details should come to light when the 2017 Cadillac XT5 makes its debut in November.
